1. Service Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the services provided:

  • Cancellation before the course or event: If you cancel your booking or registration at least 14 days before the course, masterclass, or service date, a full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of the course or event: A partial refund of 50% will be provided if cancellation occurs within 14 days before the service begins.
  • No refund after the service has begun: Once the course, masterclass, or service has commenced, refunds will not be issued.

2. Custom Chef Services

If you have booked a custom chef service for private events or gatherings, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the service. If the cancellation occurs after this period, a 50% refund will be offered due to preparation costs.

3. Masterclass and Course Content

We strive to offer high-quality content in all of our courses and masterclasses. If you are dissatisfied with the material or the instructor’s performance, please contact us within 7 days of the course or event date for a review of your case. A partial refund or alternative arrangements may be offered in such situations.

4. Course or Event Rescheduling

If we need to reschedule a course or event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to either attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund. In the case of rescheduling, we will notify you promptly via the contact information provided.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Compliance with Canadian Law

This refund policy is in full compliance with Canadian consumer protection laws. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly, legal action may be pursued under Canadian jurisdiction.
