If you have booked a custom chef service for private events or gatherings, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the service. If the cancellation occurs after this period, a 50% refund will be offered due to preparation costs.

If you are dissatisfied with the material or the instructor’s performance, please contact us within 7 days of the course or event date for a review of your case.
